Strong fundamentals taught at the beginning of instruction are the core of skilled hockey players.  There is a right way and a wrong way to move on the ice.  In addition, being able to identify and correct flaws will ultimately lead to clean, powerful strides, precision crossovers, increased agility and smooth “on the fly” transitions.

Private lessons with Chris Goodrich are designed to develop today’s young hockey player in a challenging, but fun, environment.  Weaknesses will be pinpointed and addressed with a healthy dose of positive reinforcement.  His methods teach the proper use of lower body and leg power.  The participant will learn proper skating techniques to reinforce their game play and increase their confidence.  Contact Chris at 516-647-1706 to arrange an introductory lesson and evaluation.
